Our Scampi is available both whole and as tails only.

Our Salmon is sourced from farms in the South Island and is available in numerous different ways, including whole, raw fillets, and smoked.

We can source Live crayfish upon request, but also have Tails, Whole and Bodies only available.

Our New Zealand Octopus is caught by Cray fisherman. It is available either whole or as tentacles only.

We provide a wide variety of fresh fish cut daily, and also have fresh smoked fish available.

Our oysters come from all over the country - both wild caught and from farms. The location they are sourced from varies throughout the year.
